Written agreement
Every partnership runs on a signed service agreement setting scope, fees, sites and responsibilities.
Data protection
Patient records stay confidential under Ghana's Data Protection Act (Act 843). Partners receive anonymised usage reports only.
Clinical responsibility
Licensed ASV specialists remain responsible for consultations. The service is not for medical emergencies.
Reporting
Regular usage and service reports agreed in your proposal, so you can track uptake.
Pilot first
Most partnerships start with a time-limited pilot, reviewed together before wider rollout.
Review and exit
Notice periods, renewal and termination terms are set out clearly in the agreement.
